I added document pages and am working on an archiving policy. All Documents are restricted to members (AC right now) and some will be further restricted to the AC, officers, etc. as needed. Links to documents older than 3 years will be moved to the Archive of Documents page and the actual documents will reside on the MLAnet server with an extra password protection. This is to save space on the WildApricot server and keep an extra layer of back up and protection.
Test it out and let me know how iti s working.
Also, AC Chairs, you should be able to edit your corresponding page under "Committees," so let Adorée or I know if you need help figuring out how to edit and add content.
