  All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries

  The Medical Library Group of Southern California & Arizona (MLGSCA) and Northern California & Nevada Medical Library Group (NCNMLG) will be holding our 2026 Joint Meeting on January 16 - 18 at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The theme of the meeting is, “All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries."

  Exhibitor Registration

  • Early bird: $2,000 USD
  • After July 15: $2,500 USD

  Exhibitor registration includes attendance for 2 representatives and a table. Tables will be set up in an exhibitor hall where meals and snack breaks are held to ensure high foot traffic. Tables will have power strips upon request and guest Wi-Fi will be available. Exhibitor logos will be displayed on the conference website.

  Sponsorship opportunities are as follows:

  Meal Sponsorships

  Meal sponsorships will include signage and the sponsor's name on conference materials.

  • Breakfast: $1,500 USD (2 opportunities)

  Coffee and continental breakfast for all attendees.

  • Sunrise breakfast session: $4,000 USD (2 opportunities)

  Hot breakfast for invited attendees and 1-hour opportunity to speak or showcase a product.

  • Snack breaks: $750 USD (4 opportunities)
  • Lunch: $3,000 USD (2 opportunities)

  AI Lightning Talks

  • Day 1: $2,000 USD (5 opportunities)

  10-minute exhibitor lightning talks on Day 1 (Saturday, January 17) between 10:30 and 11:30 AM. There are no competing programming at this time. The focus of the talk should be on artificial intelligence (AI) tools, publications, and/or initiatives your company currently offers or is planning to offer in the near future.

  Wi-Fi and A/V Sponsorships

  • $1,000 USD (unlimited opportunities)

  Exhibitors who contribute to the cost of Wi-Fi and A/V will have their company name on signage and conference materials.
