The event will be held virtually via Zoom and will be free to attend for all members and non-members and will include Speaker(s), Lightning Talks, Round Tables, and raffle prizes including memberships and gift cards.

Call for Presentations & Lightning Talks

The Planning Committee invites proposals for Presentations & Lightning Talks. 

Did you present at MLA? Please consider resubmitting your lightning talk, poster or paper presentation to us. Those who weren’t able to attend MLA would love to hear your presentation, and those that did attend MLA likely missed your presentation due to all the overlap!

Presentations will be 10-15 minutes long and lightning talks will be 5 minutes long.  PowerPoint slides are encouraged but not required.

Send your brief abstract or presentation overview and include your name, position & employer to Danielle.linden@stjoe.org and note “MLGSCA presentation proposal” in the subject line. New deadline is Friday May 31st.

For the upcoming MLGSCA Virtual conference we want to know about your furry friends.  Send a picture, no more than 4, and we will showcase them in a PowerPoint for all attendees to view and say “awwww!”

Send the pictures in .jpeg format, large size (bigger than a thumbnail), to caroline.marshall@cshs.org

Did you attend MLA and have pictures with MLGSCA colleagues? Please send those to Caroline Marshall caroline.marshall@cshs.org as well and we will highlight throughout the Symposium.
