All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries

The Medical Library Group of Southern California & Arizona (MLGSCA) and Northern California & Nevada Medical Library Group (NCNMLG) will be holding our 2026 Joint Meeting on January 16 - 18 at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The theme of the meeting is, “All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries."

Sponsorship opportunities are as follows:

Meal Sponsorships

Meal sponsorships will include signage and the sponsor's name on conference materials.

  • Breakfast: $1,500 USD (2 opportunities)

Coffee and continental breakfast for all attendees.

  • Sunrise breakfast session: $4,000 USD (2 opportunities)

Hot breakfast for invited attendees and 1-hour opportunity to speak or showcase a product.

  • Snack breaks: $750 USD (4 opportunities)
  • Lunch: $3,000 USD (2 opportunities)

AI Lightning Talks

  • Day 1: $2,000 USD (5 opportunities)

10-minute exhibitor lightning talks on Day 1 (Saturday, January 17) between 10:30 and 11:30 AM. There are no competing programming at this time. The focus of the talk should be on artificial intelligence (AI) tools, publications, and/or initiatives your company currently offers or is planning to offer in the near future.

Wi-Fi and A/V Sponsorships

  • $1,000 USD (unlimited opportunities)

Exhibitors who contribute to the cost of Wi-Fi and A/V will have their company name on signage and conference materials.
