All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries

The Medical Library Group of Southern California & Arizona (MLGSCA) and Northern California & Nevada Medical Library Group (NCNMLG) invite you to attend the 2026 Joint Meeting on January 16 - 18, 2026, at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The theme of the meeting is, “All In: Betting on the Future of Medical Libraries."

Member Registration Fee

Must be a MLGSCA or NCNMLG member. 

• Early bird: $200 USD
• After Dec. 5: $250 USD

Non-Member Registration Fee

• Early bird: $250 USD
• After Dec. 5: $300 USD

Student Registration Fee

Must include name of MLS program and graduation year upon registration.

• Flat rate: $100 USD 

The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday, January 17 and Sunday, January 18.  If staying at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino, a block of rooms are available at a discount until December 17.  For more details visit the Hotel Information page. 

Continuing Education Courses

All CE courses are held on Friday, January 16. Member and student price is $35 for 1 CE or $50 for both; Non-member price is $50 for 1 CE or $80 for both.
