The annual meeting of the MLGSCA and NCNMLG Chapters of MLA will be held in Las Vegas, NV in January, 2026. This event will feature CE classes on Friday, January 16th, followed by the main programming on Saturday and Sunday, January 17th - 18th, 2026. Programming includes paper presentations, posters, lightning talks, and an all meeting round table session.
Please join us in Las Vegas, NV in January 2026 as we go "All In" for medical libraries!
Registration will include breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
A snack break will be provided during the CE programs on Friday.

Call for Contributed Content Proposals
The Programs Committee of the MLGSCA/NCNMLG chapters of the Medical Library Association invites proposals for contributed content for our 2026 Joint Meeting!
Our conference theme encompasses a variety of topics. Projects, services, innovations, lessons learned, and success stories which illustrate how we are celebrating opportunity during continual change are welcomed. Deadline for submissions is Monday, November 3, 2025.
The following formats are available:
- Paper presentations, 15 minutes each with accompanying PowerPoint
- Lightning talks, 5 minutes each, PowerPoint optional
- Poster presentations, printed format, 36”x48” preferred
- Immersion Session on an AI related topic, 45 minutes interactive learning; format may include hands-on workshop, facilitated discussion or flipped learning session
For papers / lightning talks / posters, submit a maximum 200 word abstract describing your project. Include your name, title, organization and email address.

- Include submission type in subject line along with 2026 JOINT MEETING PROPOSAL
For AI related immersion sessions, submit a minimum 200 word abstract describing your proposed format type, session description and learning objectives/outcomes. Include your name, title, organization and email address.
